4 simple steps to helping your client resolve their financial difficulties:
Client identified and case submitted
There are 5 ways to submit a case including online and by phone. View our how to submit section to see how easy it is.
Solution identified
One of our experienced debt advisors will perform a full fact-find and evaluation of your clients’ circumstances and contact you, or your client directly, to make a recommendation.
Documentation processed
If your client is happy to proceed with the recommendation that we make, we will issue all of the documentation directly. As soon as we have received authority back from your client, we will contact all of their creditors to inform them that we are acting on their behalf.
Case accepted and debt solution managed through to completion
Whether your client enters into an IVA or Debt Management Programme, we will supervise the solution through to completion, managing all creditor payments and initiating regular reviews to ensure that any change in circumstance is taken into account.
Where the need for a remortgage or other financial advice arises, your client will always be referred back to you for a full assessment.
